Terms of Service

1. General

By using FDAgent.com and the FDAgent software (the “Software”) you agree to these Terms. The Software assists in developing FDAgent C++ plugins.

2. Subscription & payment

Access is provided by subscription: monthly or yearly. The trial period is 7 days from registration, no card required. The subscription activates after the payment provider confirms the charge. A license is bound to your account and limited to 3 devices.

3. License grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software while your subscription is active. You may not: share license keys with third parties, decompile the Software, or use it for unlawful purposes.

4. Your code and data

All rights to the code you create belong to you. We do not use your code to train models and never share it with third parties. Builds run locally on your computer.

5. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment if you have used less than 2 days of the paid period. Contact support: support@FDAgent.com.

6. Disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for lost profits or data loss. Always use version control.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use of the Software means acceptance of the new version.
